Whipped Cream (Vainilla Chantilly Cream)

Did you know? The famous Chantilly cream originated in France in the “3-day Party” that happened in the Chantilly palace in 1671, honoring king Louis XIV and Queen Marie Thérèse of France.

François Vatel, a well-known French chef, was responsible for the event’s organization, with 2000 guests. It is said the Chantilly cream was discovered by a mistake in the guests’ dessert.

Since then, this famous “whipped cream” is frequently used for decorating desserts and beverages. Include it in your next preparation!

Ingredients:

  • 200 gr milk cream
  • 3 tablespoons SAN CARLOS POWDERED SUGAR
  • 1/2 cdts esencia de vainilla

Preparation:

  • Cool the cream, beat it in a bowl, adding vanilla and SAN CARLOS POWDERED SUGAR. Stir until thickened. It should be spread nicely./li>
Add creativity to the cream! Add more ingredients, such as almond extract or food coloring!
