Santa Hat Brownies
San Carlos Powdered Sugar
Raise your hand if you believe in Santa!
For all of those people we present you this month delicious Santa hat brownies ❤️?
Let your children help preparing them!
Ingredients:
- 16 brownie circles
- 16 strawberries, no leaves
For the frosting:
- 1 ½ cup SAN CARLOS POWDERED SUGAR
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 tablespoons milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Preparation:
For the frosting:
- Add butter, SAN CARLOS POWDERED SUGAR, milk and vanilla extract to a bowl. Beat for 2 minutes until fluffy. Add more milk if needed.
- Add the frosting to a Ziplock bag and cut its corner.
- Pour the frosting doing whirls over the brownie.
- Finally, add a strawberry on top and a small frosting dot over it to complete the Santa’s Hat.
- Refrigerate until ready.
