San Carlos Raw Sugar
Did you know caramelized onions are perfect for salt dishes? The sweet onion touch help balance flavors, making them the ideal garnish for meats, appetizers, pastas, fish and vegetables, too.
- 50 g SAN CARLOS RAW SUGAR
- 500 g red or white onion
- 1 pinch of salt
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Slice and chop the onion into thin strips, stir-fry in olive oil.
- Add SAN CARLOS RAW SUGAR and salt. Mix evenly over medium- low heat.
- Stir-fry until translucent and golden brown.
